Scottish Teen Hacks North Korean Facebook

A Scottish teenager hacked into North Korean imitation of Facebook. The site, “Best Korea’s Social Network”, hosted and appeared to be an off-the-shelf template designed to clone Facebook.

It was discovered last week by Dyn Research, a company tracking internet performance that an 18 year old college student from Scotland namely Andrew Mckean responsible for it.

They were not changed when setting up the website. Which allow him to control the service. He also took the advertising slots by writing: “Uh, I didn’t create this site just found the login,” also linked it to his twitter page.
