Due to the present tension in the nation, the second Test between Sri Lanka and Pakistan has been moved from Colombo to Galle. The two boards determined that changing the fixture would lessen the logistical difficulties of the tour-related operations, SLC reported on Sunday.
The first Test between the two sides is already underway in Galle, while the second Test will begin on July 24.
The Lanka Premier League (LPL) has already been postponed because to the ongoing unrest in Sri Lanka after the holders of the tournament rights decided the current state of the nation’s economy was not favourable. The Asia Cup, which will take place in August and September this year, is also expected to be moved from Sri Lanka to the United Arab Emirates.
