Several details of Shah Rukh Khan’s much anticipated movie Jawan were revealed. In the movie, which he also directed, he makes his on-screen debut alongside Nayanthara. Shah Rukh had a Twitter “Ask Me Anything” session to talk about the movie during which he shared spoilers, hidden moral lessons, and more.
‘Ask SRK’ was launched by Shah Rukh, who wrote, “4 Din aur phir aapse aamne saamne mulaqat hogi! Till then 4 baatein ho jayein (4 days to go for Jawan release. Till then let’s chat). About #Jawan and all things life….let’s do #AskSRK for a bit…The Sunday Session.”
A fan wrote, “What moral can be learned from the movie Jawan?” The actor responded, “The movie reflects upon how we as people can make a change that we want around us. Empower women and fight for the right.” Another added, “@iamsrk #AskSRK #Jawan advanced booked tickets of Jawan with my wife in Hong Kong. Feeling Excited! Please give us one spoiler before the release?” He disclosed, “Just don’t miss the beginning please. Be on time.”
He also mentioned a Jawan song that his youngest kid AbRam enjoys. “There’s a beautiful Lori in the film. Otherwise my favourite is Chaleya…and the film version of Not Ramaiyya VastaVaiya,” the actor shared to a fan. When Shah Rukh was asked if he was anxious about the movie, he stated, “Now only excited that #Jawan will entertain as many as possible in the theaters! It’s been a hard worked journey for the last 3 years.”
According to rumours of pre booking, Jawan is anticipated to have a stellar box office run. According to Sacnilk.com, 4 lakh tickets have already been sold. In Hindi (2D), it made over 12.17 crore (gross), while in Hindi (IMAX), 11.3k tickets sold for more than 78.58 lakh.
Someone also questioned Shah Rukh about the advance booking sale and whether the figures were accurate. The actor responded to the criticism in writing, “Yeh social media waali ghatia baatein mat karo yaar (don’t talk rubbish). Have positive thoughts and good feelings for all.
