There is a bad news for Shahrukh Khan’s little son Abram. Before you make any speculation we want to tell you he is absolutely fine and turned 4 years old this week. The bad news is Abram who has been keenly awaiting the release of the new Tom Cruise film The Mummy won’t be able to watch the film.
CBFC, The Censor Board Of Film Certification, has cleared the film on Saturday starring Tom Cruise without any cuts but with an ‘Adult Only’ certification. By this way, AbRam is not able to watch the film in the theater. The reason CBFC issued an ‘Adult Only’ certificate to the film The Mummy is, it is a fantasy film peppered with mythology and its content is violent. The choice was to either reduce the length of some of the action or to let the content remain and grant the film an ‘A’ certification.
Makers of the film agreed to the decision of CBFC and have decided not to write the letter to get U/A certificate. This led only adults above 18 years of age, watch the movie. Aww!! Poor Abram! his birthday got spoiled!
