Famous Bollywood singer Mika Singh is in news for all wrong reasons. He was arrested by police in Dubai, UAE on Thursday after a 17-year-old Brazilian girl filed a complaint against him for allegedly harassing her. However, he was released last night.
According to the reports, Mika Singh allegedly sent inappropriate pictures to the girl. He will be produced before a UAE court today. Indian ambassador to the UAE Navdeep Singh Suri said,
“Our team is at the police station. We are working on it.”
The controversial singer was questioned by the local authorities, as reported. Well, it is not for the first time when the singer gets involved in such a matter. In the year 2016, a Mumbai-based model had filed a complaint of molestation against Mr Singh. Actress Rakhi Sawant too alleged that Mr Singh had forcibly kissed her at his birthday party that year. This sparked a biggest controversy.
A few years ago, Mika Singh was arrested and released on bail for allegedly assaulting a doctor during his concert. He was also arrested for allegedly carrying Indian and foreign currency beyond permissible limit at the Mumbai airport .
