Sonam Kapoor has replied to the trollers who targeted her on Nepotism. The actress giving a befitting reply tweeted this

The unfortunate death of Sushant Singh Rajput has sparked a huge debate on Bollywood’s ‘nepotism’ where netizens are targeting celebrity kids. Along with other star kids, meanwhile, actress Sonam Kapoor is constantly being targeted and facing widespread hatred on platforms like Twitter and Instagram. She is being trolled extensively on platforms such as Twitter and Instagram because of ‘nepotism.
Due to this, Sonam Kapoor has closed her comment section on Instagram. Breaking her silence on the debate of nepotism, she wrote on her Twitter handle, ‘Today on Father’s Day I want to say one thing, yes I am my father’s daughter And yes I am here because of them and yes I have some privileges. It is not an insult, my father has worked very hard and it is my karma where I was born and I am proud that I am his daughter. ‘
When a user asked about closing the comment section, Sonam said, “Yes, I have closed my comment section because I don’t want my 64-year-old parents to go through it. They have done nothing and I am not doing this with fear, but I am doing it for the protection of my mental health and my parents. Sonam further said that I don’t run away from hatred and negativity, but since it’s affecting my friends and family, therefore, I would prefer to close my comment section.
Let us tell you that Sonam is proud to be her father’s daughter and never deny her privileges. She says that I have seen my father working very hard to achieve this status so that his kids can enjoy his success and she will proudly celebrate that. She further said that I too face struggles and equally dedicated towards my work and deserve success and popularity on the basis of that.
