There is obviously nothing wrong with enjoying director Zack Snyder ‘s films , but there are also plenty of people out there who are less entertained with his CGI violence. Another film will be released soon that will bring Snyder back to his roots.
In his early years, Snyder managed to make quite an impression with the reboot Dawn of the Dead from 2004. Next month the Batman v Superman director will release another zombie film, Army of the Dead .
New Poster: “They Are Not What You Think They Are”
Army of the Dead will be appearing on Netflix on May 21, and is set to launch a series of films and other productions on the streaming service. The anime Army of the Dead: Lost Vegas will zoom in on the earlier years of the zombie outbreak and the already-shot live action prequel movie Army of the Dead: The Prequel zooms in on one of the minor characters from the first movie.
Below is the latest poster for Army of the Dead where Guardians of the Galaxy -actor Dave Batista has been featured. The poster was accompanied by a striking message by Snyder: “They are not what you think they are”. What could that mean? So next month on Netflix!
