When we come to the hot seat of Jalalabad there are two heavy rated contenders.Sukhbir Singh Badal(SAD) and Bhagwant Mann(AAP)
Yes you heard it right. Some so-called political scientists predicting that it will be a landslide victory for SAD. But on the ground zero, the mentality of voters have been changing constantly from the last 5years.
We just touched the soul of people and our sources tried to get the insights of people’s minds. It will be going to prove most difficult election for Mr.Badal and it may prove to be a disgrace on his political career.
The Ghubaya belong to the Raj Sikh community are no longer backing SAD and this is a major setback to Badal family. At the same time AAP played “DALIT CARD” in their manifesto which may prove a huge role in this constituency.
Bhagwant Mann is promising “full gear” development in the village in the coming five years if he get elected. Moreover youth are connecting with him in a positive manner. Suprisingly, traditional SAD’s voters are skipping in the direction of AAP.
Akalis are facing the wrath here. Dalits have not been given benefits of government schemes and the sarpanch is working only for the landlords. On the lighter side “Bomb free roads” in this side of Punjab.Farmers were not given compensation for the cotton crop damaged. People are not getting atta-dal, unfulfilled promise of plotting 5-marla plots. Also we have seen public started raising slogans and were beaten up by the police.
Therefore if we calculate local voices with people sufferings, AAP is on better position than SAD and Bhagwant Mann may emerge as a winner.
In the era of evolution where almost everything is changing at a unpredictable rate. Voters are only loyal to development and progress which is at the end of the day is a good thing in Democracy.
