Photos of Nisha Kaur Weber, the girl adopted by former porn star and Bollywood actress Sunny Leone and her husband Daniel Weber sparked a controversy. They adopted this cute baby girl from Latur, Maharashtra last month. Now according to the media reports, Central Adoption Resource Authority(CARA) is being accused of having violated the Juvenile Justice Act (JJ Act) by sharing a picture of the girl on social media with ‘unpleasant and objectionable’ statements.

It was found that CARA made awful comments about the 21-month-old baby while praising the actress on twitter over adopting the child. Therefore, the Star Child Protection Committee has taken offense against CARA for sharing the picture of the girl on social media and making comments that reflect discrimination. A complaint has been filed for the same with the National Commission for Protection of Child’s Rights and Ministry of Child and Women Development.
