After dating for 12 years, Greta Gerwig, the director of Barbie, got married in December to her longtime partner Noah Baumbach, according to People magazine.
Barbie and Christopher Nolan’s “Oppenheimer” competed at the box office, although “Oppenheimer” won in terms of worldwide revenue. Additionally, the film broke other records.
The theme was, unsurprisingly, Barbie. Greta Gerwig received a Barbie-themed dance mob from the actor. A clip of the dance mob was released on the official Instagram account of the film Barbie.
Barbie, starring Margot Robbie, cannot be stopped. Analysts projected that this movie would do well at the box office, but it has outperformed even their most optimistic predictions. It is making as much money as a high-profile Marvel film. Barbie ended up being the superhero we really needed.
Both the fronting films have been doing tremendously equally well. Oppenheimer has surpassed Barbie in India while in the US box office, Barbie is doing much better in its opening weekend.
After much efforts and anticipation films have been seeing a silver lining at the end of the tunnel. With Barbie and Oppenheimer opening at bright ways at the box office it’s time again to create for the cinema.
The Barbenheimer fever is immense across the globe. Since both the films have been equally doing well at the box, it will be quite a task to come to a conclusion about the best performing one. Both the films have been equally loved by the audience and the collection is ramping up like fire. As of now Oppenheimer is roaring at the Indian box office however in the international arena Barbie have been impressively performing well amongst the audience. It has dominated over the other in about 70 international territories.
Regarding Barbie, the Greta Gerwig-directed film has also seen excellent ratings in the morning shows, despite not coming close to Oppenheimer. The Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling-starring movie has, however, had a stronger start at the box office in the USA than the biological drama starring Cillian Murphy, Matt Damon, Emily Blunt, and Robert Downey Jr.
