Online buzz has been generated by the song “What Jhumka” from Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh’s new movie Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. An amazing Tamil rendition of the song What Jhumka by a singer has gained popularity as others are doing choreographies and interpretations to it.
The opening scene of the video features guitarist Shruthi Shankar seated. She performs the song What Jhumka and plays a mellow guitar riff at the start of the video. Later, she seamlessly blends Hindi lyrics with those in Tamil.
Shruthi also gave a special mention by tagging Karan Johar, Alia Bhatt, Ranveer Singh, and Pritam in the caption and penned down, “I channeled my inner @samyu.mohan (musician Samyu Mohan) and my extended shower thought became a cover of the latest earworm. On August 9, the video was posted to Instagram. Since then, it has had more than one million views, and the figures are constantly rising. The post has received a number of likes as well. Many Instagram users responded to the photo in the comments section.
