Karwa Chauth fast is kept by most Indian women’s for well-being, health, and prosperity of their husbands. The word “Karwa” means Diya and “Chauth” means fourth. After you broke the fast you are free to eat whatever you want. You are again a normal person. There are many dishes which you can cook and eat on the Karwa Chauth night but after the rituals and pooja. The thing is that you should plan as to what are you going to cook. As it will save your time.
Avoid Eating Acidic Food
As you have kept the fast so drinking coffee or tea on an empty stomach is not a good idea as it can cause acidity and can be a problem of discomfort.
You can cook Matar Paneer on the day of Karwa Chauth. Mostly paneer is loved by everybody so, this is the dish you can cook on Karwa Chauth night.
Palak Paneer is the best option for a dish which you can cook on Karwa Chauth night. Palak is very healthy so after a long day of staying empty stomach, it will be beneficial for you.
The dal have to be kept soaked in water a night before you want to cook them. So, keep it a night before Karwa Chauth. You can eat dal makhani with rice or roti, you can eat raita also.
Same as the case with chole. They also have to be soaked a night before. They are heavy but it is mostly cooked on Karwa Chauth night.
Aloo puri is a dish in itself. You do not need to anything else if you are going to cook aloo puri. But make sure to digest it afterward You can go for a walk.
