Bollywood actor Brijendra Kala has worked in many hit films in his 16 years of career. Initially, he got small roles. In the year 2003, he played the role of a newspaper vendor in the film Haasil. On the other hand, in the film Jab We Met he played the role of a taxi driver. In the hit film Paan Singh Tomar he played the role of a journalist.
Brijendra Kala told in an interview that he got a role offer in the Ranbir Kapoor starrer Besharam. Brijendra said, “The role in the film was small but it never happened to me before. I was playing a negative role in Besharam. My role was very important. I wrote this role on my own. I had finished shooting for 10 days.”
He added,
“Then one day I reached the set and it was told to me that now I am not a part of the film. I had to shoot for 20 days but I was fired from the film. They gave me money to work for 10 days and threw me out of the film. I had great hopes from this film and my role. But that role got removed from the film.”
He said that it happens with the supporting actors as often. They get fired without any notice. Brijendra said he felt very bad and useless but by God’s grace, he got many other role offers. He was last seen in the recently released film Bharat.
