This Actress is Not Getting Any Film Offer From 13 Years, Started Film Career With Her Own Biopic

53 years old Sudha Chandran who has been the part of many TV serials, desperately wants a film offer. She was last seen in the film Malamaal Weekly which released in 2006. Recently, while talking to a media house, she shared her displeasure for not getting any film offer.

She said she don’t know why people didn’t offer her any film offer after Malamaal Weekly as her role was appreciated by the masses. Sudha also said that some people think that she denied offers but it is not like that, the truth is she is not getting any film offer. She doesn’t know why producers-directors are not approaching her.

According to Sudha Chandran, it is sad for an artist to go through such a phase. Films are getting made, but there is no work for her, the actress said.

To let you know, when Sudha was 16 years old she met with a tragic accident in which she lost her right leg. After that, she subsequently regained some mobility with the help of a prosthetic foot. She returned to dancing after a gap of two years and performed in various countries around the world. Her biography is part of the curriculum for school children in the age group of 8-11.

She debuted in Bollywood with film Naache Mayuri in 1986. The film was a biopic of Sudha Chandran. After that she worked in many Bollywood and South Indian films.
