In the Koffee With Karan, last year, it was revealed that Varun Dhawan and Arjun Kapoor were the founding fathers of ‘We Hate Katrina Kaif’ club. While Katrina did think that they made this group to seek her attention, Varun had revealed on Karan Johar’s chat show that his intention was to attract Salman Khan’s attention.
To let you know, Varun shares a cordial bond with Salman Khan. It is because Varun’s father David Dhawan and Salman Khan have done a lot of hit films together and share a great camaraderie. That’s why later, actors Varun and Arjun went ahead and renamed the club to ‘We Love Katrina Kaif’.

On the other hand, Varun Dhawan, when he was recently a part of Arbaaz Khan’s show Pinch, went on to call Katrina a horse! He did so when he got asked to name a celebrity who is more interesting on social media than their real life, Varun named Katrina and said,
“She is new on social media and appears to be very fun, having a great time with great pictures, sense of humour. Katrina in real life is all about work. She is a horse with blinkers except when she is hungry and wants to eat something. Then also she eats like a horse.”
On the professional front, Varun will be seen next in much-talked film Kalank alongside Alia Bhatt, Sonakshi Sinha, Aditya Roy Kapur, Madhuri Dixit and Sanjay Dutt. It is slated for release on April 17.
