WikiLeaks co-founder Julian Assange said that the terrorist attack in New York might not have happened if CIA investigated terrorists instead of training and arming them. Julian Assange tweeted: “If the CIA spent more time investigating terrorists and less time training and arming them we might not have had today’s truck attack in New York.”

Earlier, on October 5, Julian had exposed Las Vegas Shooting and wrote: “Almost all “terror” plots are created by the FBI as part of its business model. What is the business of the FBI? Extracting tax. What does it need to do that? A stable threat. Prob? Real terrorists are sporadic & make FBI look weak. Solution? Make them.
Also, Sayfullo Saipov was interviewed in 2015 by FBI about possible ties to suspected terrorists but a case was never opened against him. He was shortlisted in a Department of Homeland Security counterterrorism database but FBI did not have any evidence against Saipov.
