Three armed men forcefully entered Iranian Parliament, killing a guard and wounding several people in the Mausoleum of Ayatollah Khomeini in southern Tehran. These three attackers entered the Parliament with a pistol and two with AK-47 assault rifles. Though the clarity of number is quite different with some local news agencies reporting there was a single shooter inside the Tehran parliamentary complex and others saying there were three to four men armed with rifles and a pistol.

Something similar to this sort happened at another location of Iran today and it seems that it was part of some coordinated plan. An attack took place at the mausoleum of Iranian revolutionary founder Ruhollah Khomeini where an armed man entered at the western entrance of the mausoleum and opened fire before blowing himself up with a suicide vest. And guess what! the mausoleum is in southern Tehran which is just about 20 kilometers (12 miles) from the parliament building.

Even the reports from the parliament are quite Conflicting with some reports saying the situation had been brought under control while others said the shooting was continuing, with the buildings under lockdown.Though ISNA reported that the shooters has been surrounded but is yet to be arrested.
