Three women of Tablighi Jamaat, who have been severely reprimanded for spreading corona infection, have got pregnant in Jharkhand quarantine center. That too when they have been under the strict supervision of the administration for nearly four months. 17 foreigners were caught from a mosque in the Hind Pidhi area of the capital Ranchi. They were then admitted to the Khelgaon Quarantine Center. After that, they were shifted to Birsa Munda Jail in Ranchi on May 20
They all got bail by Jharkhand high court earlier this week. After they came out it was confirmed that three women out of them were pregnant during a health checkup in jail. The case was revealed after they came out of jail. Jharkhand is once again in the discussion. That 3 women belonging to the Tablighi Jamaat have been found pregnant despite being under strict surveillance from a quarantine center for 111 consecutive days. After the case was exposed, there has been a disturbance in the governance from bottom to top. In the quarantine center, instead of following physical distance how it was possible. Everyone is silent on the issue now.

The responsible officials are not ready to open their mouth in this case. The police, administration, health department, and the jail are turning heads. Meanwhile, Ranchi Deputy Commissioner Chitra Ranjan has entrusted the responsibility to the Additional Collector to investigate the entire matter.
According to the senior advocates of the Jharkhand High Court, if the woman became pregnant while staying in the quarantine center, then the Epidemic Disease Act-2020 was violated. In such a case, a case can be registered against the said woman and man under Section 2 (3) of the Act. At the same time, a case of negligence is made against the administrative officer who was responsible for it.
