Aur Rani Kii, Rocky After a seven-year hiatus, Prem Kahaani reunited Karan Johar with the director’s chair. The director has mentioned in numerous interviews that he wants this film to be an aesthetically pleasing spectacle, and fans got a taste of that when the song “Tum Kya Mile” from the movie was released. The song’s creators have now released a behind-the-scenes video that details the difficulties and difficulties encountered when filming the song, particularly in Kashmir’s snow-covered mountains.
Ranveer Singh’s voiceover at the beginning of the BTS footage introduces the song’s substance, saying, “There’s a certain lyricism to it.” He further adds, “Every Karan Johar film has a sparkling love song, and in our film, it’s Tum Kya Mile.” Alia Bhatt follows in, calling “Tum Kya Mile” a classic homage to Yash Chopra’s love songs. The beautiful scenery of Kashmir is also essential in enhancing the song’s visual appeal.
Alia talked about the song’s recording process and how it was her first time filming a love ballad while wearing a chiffon saree. The actress admitted that she only had four months to shoot the song after giving birth to her daughter Raha. “When I see the final result, I feel so happy. I can proudly say that I did this song four months after a baby. So, I really prepped myself up for this. I really wanted it to be outstanding,” Alia averred.
Karan Johar then addressed this concern on Instagram, “This is also the first shoot Alia did after the birth of her angel and I remain in apology for freezing her in Manish Malhotra chiffons … in sympathy I fell drastically ill through the shoot ( a karmic punishment perhaps ) Ranveer was nervous as this was his first lip sync mountain love song but he was a real trooper.”
