Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways, Shipping and Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation, Nitin Gadkari is in news. He fainted and collapsed during an educational function.
Actually, the incident took place when he was standing with other dignitaries for the National Anthem at the convocation function of the Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth (MPKV) Agricultural University in Rahuri, Maharashtra.

The event’s video footage shows Gadkari feeling uneasy, losing his balance and collapsing on the stage. He was examined by a team of doctors who declared later that he is stable. Gadkari later tweeted the cause of his fainting and it was due to “heat and low blood sugar and is doing well now”.
