“No great art has ever been made without the artist having known danger.” – Rainer Maria Rilke
Arjun Vajpai, the Indian mountain climber even after 3 failed attempts, near death experiences and unimaginable pain is again ready to make the history. This time, the climber’s target is Mt. Makalu at which Arjun has already failed 3 times.
But this time neither storms nor tsunamis can stop him from climbing the mountain
Arjun is also famous for being one of the youngest Indians to ever climb the king Mt. Everest in 2010. Being asthmatic, it was difficult for him to climb such high altitudes instead of giving up to those physical and mental chains he decided to come above them.
This Delhi based star realised the beginning of his life after climbing Mt. Everest but that was not enough for him. He’s ready to forge the history and climb the world’s 5th highest mountain at the height of incredible 8,485 metres where the death toll is double than the average of all other mountains.
Every Indian wishes him luck and we all already know that he’ll make India proud of himself.
“Courage – a perfect sensibility of the measure of danger, and a mental willingness to endure it.” – William Tecumseh Sherman
