Comedian and actor Vir Das is in trouble for one of his statements. During one of his performances in the US, he said that he comes from ‘India’, where men worship women during the day and gang-rape them at night.
After this, people on Twitter scolded Vir Das fiercely. A complaint has also been lodged against him at Tilak Marg police station in Delhi. From Bollywood stars to many BJP leaders have started openly opposing Vir Das.
Angered by the statement of Vir Das in America, the Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Narottam Mishra has issued an order. He said that Vir Das would not be allowed to do any program in Madhya Pradesh.
Controversy is deepening regarding comedian Vir Das’s comedy. Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Narottam Mishra has decided to impose no entry on his programs in the state. The Home Minister said that till they do not express their regret, they will not allow their program in Madhya Pradesh.
Along with comedian Vir Das, the Home Minister also surrounded the Congress fiercely. He said that there are some people who every time try to defame the country and wherever it comes to defame India, only Congress supports it. If Rahul Gandhi defames India by going abroad, Kamal Nath and Kapil Sibal are also seen standing in the same path. Narottam Mishra also slammed Congress standing in his support along with Vir Das.
