The fashion world is an infamous industry known for oppressing models. Recently a 14 years old Russian model’s death shocked everyone. Vlada Dzyuba the 14 years old model died as a result of being overworked for 13 hours a day. She was on a three-month assignment in China without her mother and longed for a lucrative modeling career. She was reportedly earning just £6.30 daily, and it has been claimed she was working a 13 hour day when she collapsed and fell into a coma and died.
However, her Chinese modeling agency ESEE Model strongly deny she was overworked and claimed there were multiple causes of death, including septicemia, a type of bacterial blood poisoning. The agency officials stated that,
“Our whole agency is in a very sad situation, Vlada was such a lovely girl and we worked with her for two years. We wish that she can have no pain in heaven. We want to tell everybody the truth, what we are thinking and what has happened, especially the Russian people, they lost one of their beautiful daughters.”
Vlada Dzyuba the schoolgirl died due to massive workload
Her mother Oksana Dzyuba was completely heartbroken when she came to know about the demise of her daughter. She shared an image of schoolgirl Vlada Dzyuba, smiling alongside her older brother Danil, 18, and a newborn baby sister. Oksana is flying to China for her daughter’s cremation, as the Vlada’s modeling agency denied overworking her.
Russian investigation agencies are investing the case. As the death of Vlada Dzyuba left many things unsolved. Her death is being investigated by the Russian Investigative Committee, which has been likened to the FBI – amid Russian media reports that she died from a combination of “utter exhaustion” and meningitis.
