Whether they are winners, nominees, presenters or participants, these stars do it all in priceless and elegant evening dresses… or boring tuxedos with bow ties.
For all of us who regularly watch at home, celebrities really only have one job when they hit the red carpet: to wear clothes and look good in them. Alas, that’s just too important for a handful of celebs unfortunate enough to experience Oscar night’s “wardrobe malfunction”.
California girls will divide their dresses
At the 2017 Oscars, Katy Perry wore a shiny and tasteful asymmetrical Jean Paul Gaultier dress with uneven shoulders and a ripped skirt at floor level – but it got even more torn as the pop star wore it.

Blanca Blanco, star of obscure films like Teen Star Academy, is probably best known for a wardrobe malfunction at the 2017 Academy Awards. Remember Elisabetta Canalis? She is a charming and talented Italian actress, but in the United States she is best known as one of the many women condemned to a love affair that George Clooney had to come to terms with before marrying former Amal Alamuddin, human rights lawyer who looks a lot like Anne Hathaway.
