After days of Arvind Kejriwal constantly accusing Prime Minister Narendra Modi of lying about his education, the ruling BJP today released his college degrees and ranged its top leaders, Amit Shah and Arun Jaitley, in its fightback. As a result of this, the BJP on Monday displayed Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s certificates at a press conference in New Delhi following the allegations by AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal over the PM’s educational qualifications.
Union Minister Arun Jaitley adding to his said that “It is public discourse at its lowest ever. This from a political party whose leaders are being prosecuted and investigated for fake degrees.” Mr. Jaitley further hit out at AAP, saying several of its leaders are being prosecuted and investigated over fake degrees.
Finance Minister Arun Jaitley who was also present with Shah said public discourse has “stooped so low” in the wake of baseless allegations by Kejriwal and his Aam Aadmi Party (AAP). He added that Kejriwal’s allegations are coming “from a party whose MLAs are prosecuted for disclosing fake degrees.”
BJP president Amit Shah explaining the stuff said that “It is very unfortunate that we have to hold this press meet to clarify Prime Minister’s educational qualification status.” Amit Shah further demanded a public apology from Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for his allegations over the PM’s educational qualifications. “We are putting both PM’s degrees (Bachelor of Arts from Delhi University & MA from Gujarat University) in the public domain.” said BJP chief Amit Shah.
