On July 16, Prime Minister Narendra Modi met the chief ministers during an Inter-State Council meeting that took place in Delhi to discuss a range of issues and concerns raised by them.

A video of the meeting shared online has gone viral on social media where the PM can be seen shaking hands with various politicians attending the event. However, the video has gone viral because of how Modi shook hands with Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal which is being called “shortest hand shake ever”.
