PM Modi’s vision for India seems to be promising. As the prime minister held a meeting with the Council of Ministers, brainstorming the map for the ‘Viksit Bharat 2047’ vision.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi recently had a meeting with his team of ministers for the next five years of planning. Focusing on a vision called ‘Viksit Bharat 2047’. This plan is what they aim to work on if their party, the NDA, wins the upcoming Lok Sabha elections in April-May 2024. A 100-day plan was discussed during the meeting. Which summed up immediate action to be taken once the new government is in place in May.
The idea for ‘Viksit Bharat’ has been in the works for over two years, involving a lot of preparation. The government has been working closely with all ministries, as well as consulting with state governments, experts, industry groups, and young people to gather ideas and input. This meeting held on March 3 is seen as the final one before the elections. With the NDA feeling confident about their win at a large margin.
What is PM Modi’s Viksit Bharat 2047 vision?
The Viksit Bharat vision is the prime focus of PM Modi’s speeches over the last few years. He wants India to become a developed country by 2047. This means 100 years after we got freedom from the British. A meeting was held on Sunday in which, Modi talked about the plan for the next five years to make this vision a reality.
This plan aims to make a strong economy, achieve sustainable development, make life easier for people, build better infrastructure, improve business conditions, and take care of social welfare. The Prime minister said that the Viksit Bharat vision is all about making sure everyone can be a part of India’s economic growth. Aiming to make India the third-largest economy in the world. Within the next five years.
However, this will be implemented if his party, the NDA, wins the elections again. Let us tell you that for the upcoming elections, the BJP has already announced some of its candidates including big names like PM Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh. They’ve chosen a diverse group of candidates, including 28 women, 27 from scheduled castes, 18 from scheduled tribes, and 57 from other backward classes.
