An Android application has been dispatched that will ready drivers in the Tricity of the dark spots or clumsy zones 500m preceding drawing closer the checked area. The application, ‘Keep an eye Out‘, has been dispatched by Chandigarh-based Webmob Information Systems in the wake of gathering, ordering and accumulating the information assembled more than two months with the assistance of movement police. Webmob CEO Nitin Gupta on Tuesday said the application will help in cutting down the chances of mishappenings in the Tri-City.
CEO Nitin Gupta further added that –
A portion of the tactless regions recorded by Gupta are from the Housing Board, Transport Chowk, Sectors 33, 47, 48, 49, T-point on the Gurdwara Nada Sahab Road in Panchkula, the Command Hospital lights, Shakta Bhawan Road in Sector 6, Panchkula, to Sector 10/11 isolating street in Panchkula to Phase 6 Civil Hospital in Mohali, the new light point in Sunny enclave, Puncomm Chowk and others.
“These are the dark spots and there are numerous crosswise over India. We have begun with the Tricity and will continue including and overhauling new spots with time. We will likely take it skillet India,” said Gupta. Furthermore, he proclaimed that as per the data given by the powers, there are 15 dark spots in Chandigarh, around 20 in Mohali and 7 in Panchkula.
The application can be downloaded at free of expense and is coordinated with Google maps. “Once downloaded, a voice will alert the driver 500m in front of the spot or risk territory,” said Gupta. Be that as it may, the application just spotlights on dark spots and not on activity growls. Great move Webmob!
