Dwayne is a WWE legend and also considered to be one of Hollywood’s highest-paid actors and always in the news for some or other reason. Well, this time he made headlines due to his new home that is sweet yet huge. As per the reports, the actor has purchased a luxury mansion for himself and believe us it will leave you astonished. The mansion that he purchased is in the celebrity hub, Beverly Park. That sits in the mountains above Beverly Hills.
Now you might be wondering about the price of the mansion. Isn’t it? So let’s inform you that the home he recently purchased for himself cost around $27.8 million which is approximate, Rs 208 crore. Well, it’s such a whooping amount that anyone could hardly imagine. This place was build in 1993 by Alex Van Halen. But later star Paul Reiser purchased it. And now it belongs to Dwayne. Although we got the news that he purchased the mansion for $27.8 million, however, its real cost was $ 30 million.
About the mansion
The mansion has a total of nearly 18,000 square feet of living space. And a detached, 2,500-square-foot guesthouse. Other amenities that are present in the mansion are the world-class gym, full-size tennis court. Also, it has a movie theater, a music studio which was initially installed by Van Halen. Plus a big indoor and outdoor swimming pool. The most beautiful thing is dozens of olive trees that add a perfect look to the mansion.
Talking about the neighbors of Dwayne. They are Denzel Washington, Sly Stallone, Rod Stewart, Eddie Murphy, and Sofía Vergara. And it seems like his family will have a gala time at this new place.
