Director Zack Snyder may have just put us all disappointed, with the man behind The Snyder Cut revealing that his next superhero epic will end with a cliffhanger. A cliffhanger that will probably never be resolved. Not only does Snyder describe the cliffhanger as “massive,” it further dampens the notion that audiences will one day see Justice League 2 come to fruition. It looks like Zack Snyder’s Justice League is the last we’ll see from this world.
“Well, that was supposed to be two more movies . It alludes, as you would, to another potential world. I would plant the seeds as I wanted from what would happen in later films. It’s in there, but as for the stories to come – if it ever did, which doesn’t seem to – but I think it’s easy to speculate on that basis and we can talk about it for a while. a good moment. a cliffhanger… The movie ends with a huge cliffhanger, yeah. ”
While The Snyder Cut apparently hit 4 hours of bladder pressure (luckily you can pause HBO Max), it looks like Snyder still didn’t have enough time to tell the whole story he had. always wanted. During a recent interview, Snyder offered some details about what the sequel would have involved, revealing that it would have taken place primarily in the post-apocalyptic world of Knightmare, which we’ll come back to in The Snyder Cut . He also detailed the role of the tyrannical Darkseid, saying he would have been the “bad sequel,” before assuring fans that he “is definitely in full effect. [in the Snyder Cut]. He runs the show. He’s there. I don’t want to spoil it again but, yeah, it’s definitely here. ”
While we remain in the dark about the end of this “massive” cliffhanger, it will certainly be a disappointment for Snyder fans to learn that the The Snyder Cup , something they fought so hard for, will always feel. unfinished. Still, the recently released trailer offered a few surprises that are sure to please DC and Snyder fans, including a preview of Jared Leto’s return as the weary Knightmare version of the Joker Road. Knowing what we now know of Snyder’s plans for Justice League 2, Could Leto’s Joker Trailer Final Shot Be The Cliffhanger Ending In Question? If that was the case, it would undoubtedly lead to an eruption of angry moans and frustrated glances.
Zack Snyder’s Justice League is expected to follow a similar plot to what audiences saw in theaters in 2017, while making some substantial changes along the way. Resuming after the final events of Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice , Bruce Wayne (Ben Affleck) is determined to ensure that Superman’s (Henry Cavill) sacrifice is not in vain and the world remains protected, aligning forces her with Diana Prince (Gal Gadot) with plans to recruit a team of metahumans to protect the world from an impending threat of catastrophic proportions.
Thankfully, audiences don’t have to wait too long to see just how great The Snyder Cut is, with the film releasing on HBO Max on March 18, 2021. It comes to us courtesy of IGN.
