About Zeenat Aman
Zeenat Aman was born in Mumbai and did her schooling in Panchgani later she went to the University of Southern California in Los Angeles for further studies. The glamour icon had a fleeting vocation as a journalist for Femina magazine before she put in her feet into filmland. But not many of us know that she was the second runners up of the Femina Miss India contest after which, she bagged the title Miss Aisa Pacific in 1970. And became the first South Asian woman to get the title. Talking about her childhood let us inform you that at just 13-year-old she lost her father Amanullah who was a scriptwriter in Bollywood. And from thereon after his death, she added ‘Aman’ to her name.
