Horror films may be fairly hit-and-miss; there are just as many excellent as bad ones. Horror, though, can be incredibly horrifying and entertaining when done effectively. More than a few horror films have received 100% scores on Rotten Tomatoes, with critics applauding its originality and intensity. There are many horror films with excellent ratings on the site. The Devil’s Left Hand (2023)

At a young couple’s housewarming celebration, a demonic presence enters through a medium in the independent horror film The Devil’s Left Hand. It terrorises the guests long after the celebration is finished, scaring Richie the homeowner in particular, and because of its shape-shifting abilities, the friends are unsure of whom to believe.

Forest of Death (2023)

In the appropriately named independent film Forest of Death, a group of friends travel to a remote lodge for a peaceful weekend trip, and a cynical paranoid local frightens them with a shapeshifter tale. But as group members start behaving strangely and vanish then reappear, they start to suspect it wasn’t simply a story.

Summoning Sylvia (2023)

An ex-military brother of the groom crashes the homosexual bachelor party, which only makes matters worse. The house where the party is being held is said to be haunted by a mother who was discovered dead after killing her son. Frankie Grande and Michael Urie are among the cast members of Summoning Sylvia.

Scream of the Wolf (2022)

A crew is filming a vampire movie in an outdated, abandoned house in the meta Scream of the Wolf (formerly known as Wolf Manor), but the full moon summons creatures that are quite real and not in the movie, and the actors and crew may not make it through the shooting.

They Wait in the Dark (2022)

Amy, a young lady, and her son are escaping Amy’s controlling ex-girlfriend. In They Wait in the Dark, their past catches up with them, and they might not just be in danger from Amy’s ex-girlfriend.

Satan’s Slaves: Communion (2022)

A sequel to the 2017 Indonesian horror film Slaves of Satan, slaves of Satan In the movie Communion, a family discovers that their flat may not be as safe as they believed. They become secluded after a severe storm knocks out power to the building, and something begins to terrorise the family.

Surrogate (2022)

Rotten Tomatoes Score: 100%

The character served as a surrogate and, it appears, gave birth, but she was never expecting. She is adamant to find out what is really going on with her despite the fact that her doctor and Child and Family Services don’t believe her and accuse her of lying and harming the kid.

When the Screaming Starts (2021)

In the horror-comedy mockumentary When the Screaming Starts, a struggling investigative journalist is invited to the home of a would-be serial killer because he believes the killer would make a great topic for his documentary and help his career take off. The murderer is interviewing potential recruits for his cult in the meanwhile.

Some Like It Rare (2021)

The vegan activist who had earlier vandalised the shop is inadvertently killed by a struggling butcher in the French horror comedy Some Like It Rare, which was originally titled Barbaque. He chooses to dismember the body, and his wife unintentionally sells it to eager buyers. The couple looks for new victims to keep their business afloat.

Follow the Dead (2020)

Rotten Tomatoes Score: 100%

Four millennials living in rural Ireland aren’t sure whether the zombie horde that appears in various viral films that claim to depict Dublin under siege in Follow the Dead is real. Even the local police are unsure on what to do.
