    Billboard’s World Albums Chart, dominated by these k-pop bands

    Newly released by Billboard, the World Albums Chart features legendary K-pop groups dominating the top slots for the week ending on December 16.

    ATEEZ

    “THE WORLD EP.FIN” WILL, the new album from ATEEZ, debuted at the top of the list. This week the album made its debut at the top of the Top Album Sales chart, the Top Current Album Sales chart, and the Billboard 200.

    STRAY KIDS

    The band’s most recent mini album, “ROCKSTAR,” remained at No. 2 for its fourth week on the chart. Additionally, it spent a fourth week in the top 40 on the Billboard 200.

    Furthermore, “5-STAR” was ranked No. 10 for the 27th week.

    ENHYPHEN

    The boy band’s brand-new compact album, “ORANGE BLOOD,” spent the third week at No. 3 on this list and No. 137 on Billboard 200.

    “Get Up” remained at number four on the list for the twentieth week running. The album also went 20 weeks on the Billboard 200, making the group the third K-pop performer to have an album chart for 20 weeks in history.

    NewJeans

    The 45th non-consecutive week on the chart saw the band’s debut EP, “New Jenas,” land in the top 15.

    TXT

    TXT’s most recent album, “The Name Chapter: FREEFALL,” topped the chart for the eighth week at No. 5.

    SEVENTEEN

    ‘Drama’ took the No.11 spot for the fourth week on the chart.

    “SEVENTEENTH HEAVEN” by SEVENTEEN spent its sixth week at No. 6 on the list.

    BTS

    The group’s 2022 anthology album “Proof” has lasted on the chart for the 78th week and surged back to No. 7 despite the group themselves being on sabbatical.

    aespa

    For the fourth week, “Drama” peaked at No. 11 on the chart.

    NCT127

    For the ninth week, the band’s “Fact Check” came in at number twelve.

    FIFTY FIFTY

    At No. 13, “The Beginning” made a comeback to the chart, its tenth non-consecutive week there.

    LE SSERAFIM

    “UNFORGIVEN” reappeared at position 14.
