Dunki, Shah Rukh Khan’s third 2023 release, is scheduled to premiere around Christmas. The developers of Dunki have now unveiled two additional posters following the release of the eagerly anticipated teaser. Shah Rukh Khan, Vicky Kaushal, Taapsee Pannu, and others play supporting parts.
The posters are stills from “Dunki Drop 1,” the first teaser for Dunki. In the first, Shah Rukh plays his new persona, dressing in a green kurta, pants, and a sweater vest. Taapsee, who would be playing his romantic interest, is seen sporting jeans and a denim jacket with a white kurta. Vicky rocks a necktie and a shirt and pants ensemble for a tough image.
Shah Rukh and Taapsee are shown in the next one in the middle of a desert. They both appear disoriented and perplexed as they appear to appear out of nowhere with other people. Shah Rukh is seen as the group’s leader in both of the posters.
Shah Rukh Khan shared the posters and captioned them, “Hum bilkul usi tarah dikh rahe hain jaise Raju sir ne apne “Ullu ke patthon” ko imagine kiya tha…. Inke baare mein bahot kuch share karna abhi baaki hai…(We are looking just the way Rajkumar Hirani had imagined us. There is a lot more left to be shared).” “Dost agar aise ho, toh life ki har journey thodi toh aasaan ho jaati hai. Here’s my family of friends (Your life gets easier with friends like them),” mentioned Taapsee.
A fan reacted to the poster and said, “We are gonna get the performance of a lifetime from SRK, Dunki is gonna be a classic.” “Another blockbuster,” estimated a fan. Another comment read, “Can’t wait for Dunki.”
Rajkumar Hirani is the director of Dunki, which Jio Studios, Rajkumar Hirani Films, and Red Chillies Entertainment are producing. On December 22, Dunki will be released in India. At the box office, it will compete with Prabhas’ Salaar: Part 1-Ceasefire.
