Actress Hema Malini kept her views on the nepotism and drug abuse in Bollywood. She said Bollywood could not be tarnished by a small stain.

While having a conversation with Aaj Tak Bollywood actress and Bharatiya Janata Party MP Hema Malini ket her opinions about nepotism and Bollywood mafia. She said that these are recently surfacing issues. There is nothing like that. On nepotism, she said that if an actor has a child, he would obviously like to become an actor. If he has skills, he works hard, and also God’s blessings are with him nobody can stop him to come forward.

While having the conversation and keeping her opinion about nepotism. She gave the example of Shahrukh Khan and Ajay Devgan. The actress said that they had no Godfather but still they worked hard to make their place in the industry.

Further talking about the drug issue Hema said that the film industry is quite creative and vast. Therefore it is quite easy to spoil the reputation of this industry. And she feels very hurt when she hears people talking rubbish things about it. And connect it to drugs, mafias, etc. There was nothing like that in my time. And even today there’s nothing like this.

She said that there is an attempt to discredit Bollywood, Which I will not accept. As many great artists like Raj Kapoor, Dev Anand, Dharmendra, Amitabh Bachchan have contributed to our industry. So I will never accept anyone who defames the names of Bollywood.
