Actress-environmentalist Juhi Chawla’s issue is buzzing everywhere after she filed case against the setting up of 5G wireless networks in the country. According to her the 5G setup in the country would bring disaster to the human race. Resulting to numerous heath issues. Hence she filed a case on 31st May. But on 2nd June the Delhi HC questioned her for filed the case against 5G network. And also said that she should have gone to the government first.
As per the recent reports, the Delhi HC has dismissed the suit filed by the actress. Well, it was not just Juhi but also Veeresh Malik and Teena Vachani who claimed that it can be a threat to the earth. It seems like things have not gone down well. And after hearing the plea the court reserved its order. Also, Justice J.R. Midha said the suit filed by Juhi and the other two are unverified and non-maintainable. They also further expressed dissatisfaction when the actress shared the link of her virtual hearing. And in between that unknown people were heard singing her songs.The court now ordered to proceed against them. Moreover, a fine of around 2 Lakhs was imposed on her. Stating that she did not pay the court fees. And asked to submit in one week.
Coming to 5G network, according to Juhi and the other two the network is 100x times faster and will also support wireless technology. But at the same time, it will be a threat to the human race and can damage the ecosystem. However, the court has dismissed everything for now.
