Kangana Ranaut confirmed that she is all set to direct the film which revolves around the famous Ram Mandir case. So let’s know the deets inside
Kangana Ranaut is an award-winning actress who has made a special recognition in Bollywood on the basis of her acting and talent. Now the Queen of Bollywood is also extending her hand in direction. Kangana also played the role of a co-director in the 2019 film Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi. But now she will also be seen as a director in her upcoming film. Earlier there were reports that Kangana is working on the project ‘Aparajit Ayodhya’ based on the issue of Ram Mandir. But there was no confirmation about it. However, now the actress has confirmed this news that she will be working on this project.
Kangana confirming the news said, ‘Earlier I had no plan to direct this film. I started working on this from the concept level. I only wanted to produce it and the director was someone else. I was quite busy at that time to think of direction. She stated that the script written by KV Vijendra prasad includes historic things that can turn out to be a big project. She further revealed that she previously directed films before. And therefore her partners also wanted her to direct this film. Well, this will be Kangan’s first independent project as a director, but the actress doesn’t seem to be nervous as she wants to keep her focus on the film as a filmmaker.
At the same time, it is also being told that Kangana will not be seen acting in this film. She is only directing the film. Talking about the work front she is currently working on the project ‘Thalaivi’ which is a biopic of Tamil Naidu chief minister Jayalalithaa. More than half of the film has already been shot.
