A contemporary retelling of the life of the well-known onmyoji, or spiritual oracle, Abe no Seimei, is presented. In this 21st-century tale, Abe no Seimei sets out on a quest with his companion Minamoto no Hiromasa to solve enigmas that combine aspects of the human and demonic realms.

Family Switch, a comedy starring Jennifer Garner, Ed Helms, and Emma Myers, adds a modern spin to family dynamics by telling a story of unanticipated mayhem.
