    Eminent Singer KK (Krishnakumar Kunnath) shocked everyone after he passed away after a live concert in Kolkata. The singer was giving his performance at Nazrul Mancha on Tuesday and his Instagram page was sharing updates from his concert. Soon after he went to his hotel. KK’s health deteriorated. After which he was rushed to the hospital and was declared dead.

    Born in Delhi KK was known for his electric live shows. His first album Pal was released in 1999. And later he focused more on Bollywood. The talented singer has given hits like Tadap Tadap (Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, 1999), Dus Bahane (Dus, 2005), and Tune Maari Entriyaan (Gunday, 2014). After which he gained more popularity. But his sudden death is now a trauma for his fans. Since we are talking about him and everyone mourning his death. Let us also take a look at some of the lesser-known facts about the most efficient singer:

    Lesser known facts about KK’s career

    1 Before stepping into the Music Industry he worked in the hotel industry. But back in 1994, he moved to Mumbai to pursue singing. According to kk, it was his wife who supported him to pursue his dreams. And this was shared on Sony Music India’s channel

    2 KK sang over 3500 jingles. Not only does he sang songs in Hindi but he also in Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Kannada, Bengali, Malayalam, Gujarati, and Assamese.

    3 KK was not a trained classical musician. However, he was blessed with this quality. Talking to TOI once he said “From the beginning, I was able to learn a song by just hearing it, it is something that I’ve been blessed with. I later learned that Kishoreda had never learned music, so I had even more reasons to not go to a music class,”.

    4 It was Hariharan who spotted him, while he was singing in Delhi. After which he got encouraged to move to Mumbai. This too was told by KK in an interview with Bollywood Hungama.

    5 We might have not seen him as a judge in any reality shows. But he was once a part of the television reality show Fame Gurukul.

    6 During an interview with Times of India, KK said that he was quite inspired by Kishore Da. He was one of his earlier influences.
