In a piece of shocking news, a famous Telugu actress Naga Jhansi found dead at her residence in Hyderabad. Reportedly, the Pavithra Bandham actress was found hanging to the ceiling fan in her apartment on February 5.
The reason behind her bold step is her failed relationship with a distant boyfriend. A suicide note was also found by the police from the actress’ home. Naga was only 21 years old and shot to fame from MAA TV’s popular show Pavithra Bandham last year.
She has also worked in various TV shows and films and had a huge fanbase. Apart from acting, she was also running a beauty parlour in the city that she opened a few months ago. It was her brother Durga Prasad who smelled something wrong when she didn’t respond to his repeated knocks on her door. He then informed neighbours. They broke down the door and found her hanging on the ceiling fan.
Prasad claimed that she was alone in the house. He also lodged a complaint about the incident with Punjagutta police who sent the body to Gandhi Hospital for an autopsy. According to Naga’s brother, she was suffering from depression due to heartbreak.
Naga’s boyfriend Surya whom she was dating for 6 months, refused to marry her. Shortly before her death, she was apparently chatting with Surya, the police stated.
