The reason for Poonam’s death was cervical cancer. This was revealed by her manager while talking to Zoom. Cervical cancer arises from the cervix, often because of a virus called HPV. It affects the lower uterus and may cause symptoms like abnormal bleeding. If not treated on time it leads to death.
