Bollywood actress Preeti Zinta who is away from the films for quite a while has added another feather to her cap. Zinta who entertains the audience for a long time as an actress will now turn producer. She is currently in Los Angeles with her husband and is all prepped up with a web series for Disney-Hotstar. The series will be produced by Preity Zinta. And directed by Sandeep Modi who is also associated with the web series Aarya.
Now the highlight of the news is that she will take her close friend Hrithik Roshan as the hero of the film. Earlier the two of them were seen sharing space in the film Koi Mil Gaya. But now they will appear as an actor and director duo together in web series. According to a source “Preity thought of her friend Duggu (Hrithik) because he was perfect for the role. She is producing an Indian version of the celebrated John Le Carre novel The Night Manager. The lead requires the character to be complex and multi-layered. Hrithik immediately said yes.”
Talking about the project let us tell you that the web series is titled The Night Manager which is the Indian version of the celebrated John Le Carre novel. And it was Hrithik who is perfect for this role. The Night Manager will be Hrithik’s digital debut as well as Preity’s first OTT production. Filming is set to begin in March 2021. Meanwhile, on the other side, Hrithik took to Instagram to share a picture of himself to announce that he is returning to screen soon.
