Rajinikanth’s daughter Soundarya recently posted some of her photos enjoying in the swimming pool with son Ved. Due to this, she got targeted by the trollers. She captioned the pics as “Teach them early…and they learn to shine by themselves!! Swimming is an essential activity.”
For her post she received massive backlash. It is because now in India where we are talking about development, its one of the four major cities Chennai is facing a monumental water crisis.
She deleted the photos from her Twitter page soon, after “considering the sensitivity around the current #WaterScarcity” Chennai is facing. The city is grappling with its worst-ever water crisis after its four reservoirs dried up.
Soundarya is the younger daughter of actor Rajinikanth. Soundarya married Ashwin Ramkumar, an industrialist in 2010 but in 2017 the couple parted their ways. They have a son Ved together. She got married again to Vishagan Vanangamudi, an actor and businessman, on 11 February 2019.
In februaray 2019 after her marriage, the graphic designer, producer and director by profession, Soundarya posted some of her photos from honeymoon in Iceland but got criticized by the netizens for posting happy photos a day after the Pulwama terror attack. Her post was flooded with comments asking her to stop tweeting honeymoon pictures for the time being and mourn the death of CRPF jawans.
