Amitabh Bachchan has leased his luxurious Andheri Office Space for Rs 2.7 crore. Here is something to know about the property he owned.
Amitabh Bachchan is the most famous iconic Bollywood actor who inspires everyone today. The actor made a name for himself along with establishing numerous properties in the country. The actor hit the headlines when he recently leased out a stylish office space in Andheri, Mumbai. The 10,180 sq ft commercial property, located at Lotus Signature, off Veera Desai Road, Oshiwara, is divided into four units. The space has now been rented for a whopping Rs 2.7 crore to the music company Warner Music India Limited.
As a part of the deal, according to The Free Press Journal, the leasing agreement spans five years, commencing from March 2024, and has submitted a security deposit of Rs 1.3 crore. All those four office spaces are acquired by Bachchan with each unit costing him Rs 7.18 crore.
Earlier in September, the 81-year-old actor purchased these units on the 21st floor of the Signature Building, along with a dozen car parking slots. The total stamp duty paid for these properties amounted to Rs 1.27 crore. Each unit boasts a built-up area of 2,099 sq ft and a carpet area of 1,905 sq ft.
This office space rented out by the veteran actor was purchased this year in August 2023 on the 21st floor of the Signature Building and has a dozen car parking slots. Apart from his real estate ventures, Amitabh Bachchan continues to charm audiences with his onscreen presence. His recent appearance was in “Uunchai” alongside Anupam Kher and Boman Irani. Currently, the actor is hosting the 15th season of “Kaun Banega Crorepati” and has exciting projects in the pipeline such as “Section 84,” “Kalki 2898 AD,” and the official remake of the Hollywood hit, “The Intern.”
