Women equality, not only a common man but everybody including celebrities share their views on it. Big Bollywood stars can be often seen supporting women empowerment and equality. But there are some things which prove how big hypocrites they are on the other side. Today we will tell you about the actors who only let their sons join Bollywood and become an actor and strictly said no to their daughters. Not even that, they made them marry at a younger age.

Amitabh Bachchan

The living legend has two children – daughter Shweta Bachchan and son Abhishek Bachchan. Amitabh is himself married to an actress Jaya Bhaduri. According to the reports, they never wanted their daughter Shweta to become an actress. She might not want to become one. But her presence at the parties and modelling ramps prove how much she loves this glamour industry.

She was only 23 years old when her family arranged her marriage to businessman Nikhil Nanda.

Salim Khan

He has 6 children – Salman Khan, Arbaaz Khan, Sohail Khan, Alvira Khan and Arpita Khan whom he adopted. He is married to Salma Khan and actress Helen. Three of his sons are actors but none of his daughters is the part of Bollywood industry. He has two children Ranbir Kapoor and Riddhima Kapoor. He is married to actress Neetu. He never wanted her daughter to become an actress. It is because, in the Kapoor Clan, no woman was allowed to do so. But the men were open to their choices. Therefore, this was the between Rishi’s elder brother Randhir’s split with his actor wife Babita who wanted her daughters Karisma Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor to become actors. Riddhima got married to businessman Bharat Sahni at age 26.
