Spears has again gone to court to end her father’s personal trustee. The pop star wants to replace him with another administrator, according to submitted court documents in the hands of various American media.
The American singer Britney Spears has been under strict surveillance since 2008. This because of a mental breakdown and a subsequent period of serious psychological problems. Because of this construction she has almost nothing more to say about her personal life and accumulated wealth.
For a long time, Spears’ father Jamie was responsible for both, but in September 2019 he decided to retire as supervisor of her personal life due to health reasons.
Since then, Jodi Montgomer, a state-appointed trustee, has been honoring those honors. However, her appointment was only on a temporary basis and in order to get rid of her father once and for all, Spears now wants Montgomer to become her personal trustee.
The judge will therefore consider that request shortly. Whether this attempt by Spears will be successful is even more exciting. In November, the judge rejected a similar request.
Earlier this year, the much-discussed documentary Framing Britney Spears was released, telling the shocking details about her life. The singer is now doing much better and that is why she wants to get rid of her father’s influence. However, the law is very strict in this area, so that is not easy.
Her fans have long hoped to liberate Spears with the ‘# FreeBritney’ movement.
