Beautiful Bollywood actress aka ‘Khallas Girl’ who once made India tap their feet on the popular song of film Company, Khallas is in the news. She has joined BJP, ahead of Lok Sabha elections and now becomes the head of Women Transport Wing.
In the presence of Union minister Nitin Gadkari, she joined BJP. The actress took to social media and posted a picture from the event. She wrote, “Thank You For the warm welcome…Look forward to serving the nation”
During an interview, the actress said, “I will try my best to fulfill all the responsibilities the party gives me. I will also make sure that I can do all that is in my capacity to serve the country.” BJP senior leader, Vinod Tawde welcomed Isha Koppikar with a tweet.
This is not for the first time when a Bollywood actor or actress has joined a political party. Many Bollywood stars are the legislative members. Now, we will see how Isha will run her share of duties.
