Luka Modric, the Croatian football player is all smiles at the conclusion of his last FIFA game. With a compact fist, head straight up to the sky and a feeling of pride, he has secured the third slot for Croatia in the world cup game. He is also joined by his kids for the celebration.
Two days prior to the World Cup, he posted a picture on his social media in the team’s jersey attached with a note which read : We are ready. It’s been some journey for him, and his nation, to finish runners-up in the last world cup and now, at the third place.
On Saturday, the Luka Modric led team of Croatia stood third place featuring the midfielder last stint at the World Cup. The team beat Morocco by 2-1.
