Real story behind Manjummel Boys

Back in 2006, a bunch of friends from Manjummel, Kerala, headed for Kodaikanal, Tamil Nadu, for a getaway. One of them, Subhash, a fabrication worker, met with a dreadful accident while exploring the treacherous Guna Caves, also known as the Devil’s Kitchen. Subhash tragically fell deep inside the depths of the cave posing a grave danger due to its risky terrain and restricted entry. Time was running out for Subhash.
When Subhash was deep inside the cave, it was his friend, Siju David, who emerged as a hero. Despite the ghastly situation, Siju fearlessly went into the dangerous depths. With unwavering determination, he located Subhash, ensured his safety, and miraculously then other friends brought them both back to the surface.
