Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra have moved out of their luxurious home in California which is worth Rs 166 crore. As reported by Page Six legal fight is still going on.
Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra recently vacated their stunning $20 million California mansion, estimated at Rs 166 crore, due to water damage issues that led to mold growth. This property has seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms and features luxurious amenities such as a chef’s kitchen, a dedicated wine room, an indoor basketball court, a bowling alley, a home theater, a lounge area, a spa with a steam shower, a fully-equipped gym, and a billiards room.
The issue began around April 2020, as highlighted in a lawsuit filed in May 2023. The pool and spa areas experienced issues like ‘porous waterproofing,’ resulting in mold growth and other related problems. These challenges made life difficult for the couple, rendering the premises as well as dangerous from a health perspective.
The legal battle is still going on, as fixing the water-related issue in their luxurious mansion is expected to cost more than $1.5 million (Rs 12 crore) Moreover all the damages could be around $2.5 million (over Rs 20 crore). Even though their mansion was a masterpiece the issues with water damage made Nick and Priyanka decide to move out.
